The dungeons are modeled after classic Legend of Zelda locations, and the difficulty never becomes unmanageable. It’s a chill and extremely addictive adventure. Going back to the ’80s might just be the best decision this long-running series has made. This prequel takes you back to an economic boom period of Japan, showing the origins of many fan-favorite characters as they navigate a dark, criminal underworld. The story is one of the best in the series, and the fighting system has been fine-tuned to perfection. Don’t miss it.
