Mijah Rokee Shrine – A Modest Test of Strength
The shrine is far southwest from the Ridgelands Tower on Washa’s Bluff. Find the quest NPC on the southern edge of the bluff, standing on the tallest mushroom. There’s a small Ruto building on the mushroom.
Talk to Kass to hear his ancient verse. The clue is “When the moon bleeds” — that can mean only one thing. You’ll need to wait for a blood moon. These only last a few moments at night, and even then only occur once every few days. Wait on the pad below — stand on the pad with Link. Remove all your items and armor, leaving Link completely naked.
NOTE: Blood moons are active at 9PM. Place a wood bundle on the marker, then light it and wait until night to speed up the process. Make sure you’re removed everything; armor, weapon, bow, and shield.
The shrine will reveal itself. You’ll have to face off against a Guardian Scout Mk. 3 — not too hard, but not super easy either. Use all your knowledge to destroy the Scout, open the gate, grab the treasure and use the altar.
