RuneScape has been a popular MMORPG for decades and it’s only growing in popularity thanks to the development team’s latest video game franchise, Chronicle: RuneScape Legends. Now, after a press release was sent out, we’re getting word of a new legend Morvran that has been added to the game.
Chronicle: RuneScape Legends is a strategy card game that uses characters from the popular free-to-play MMORPG, RuneScape, much like how Blizzard Entertainment’s Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft uses characters from Warcraft. Today, the latest and sixth legend Morvran, the Slayer Master, has been added to the game.
This reveal comes with a Morvran release trailer which you can check out posted right above. According to the press release, players will have to defeat the Slayer Master before they are able to add him to their collection. By acquiring the latest Morvran, players will also have access to thirty-seven new cards along with two additional character skins.
Furthermore, the press release makes mention of Chronicle: RuneScape Legends first event, Beach Party. Set to take place later this summer, the game will host three new tropical environments along with new exciting community quests.
Gamers can play Chronicle: RuneScape Legends right now for free through the Steam client.
