Marvel Studios and EA have been working hard to bring players more video games relating to their favorite super heroes from the movies and comics they know and love. With games like Iron Man, Wolverine, and more in development, it has us Marvel fans super excited. However, the most recent and anticipated upcoming release is the Black Panther video game being published by EA.
This game is has a myserious setting so far as we don’t know much about it other than it is being developed by Cliffhanger Games. With that being said, there are concerns that the game might fall into the same many problems that Marvel’s Avengers ended up having, but at the same time, the game might stand apart from te MCU by itself, but it still needs some of the universe to make sense.
The video game is currently right now said to be mainly exploring Wakanda, Black Panther’s home. So it could be very easy for them to not even touch all that much on the MCU universe since Wakanda is in our separate place at the same time. We wouldn’t see the same buildings, people, or places as we would back in New York and whatnot.
However, while this will be an interesting yet, it will also be good for them to bring at least a little bit of the MCU into the game at the same time, especially when it comes to touching on parts of the plot. Unless it is taking place before the events of the movies.
