Ahead of the release of Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance on June 14, the original game will be delisted from the Nintendo eShop. Both Shin Megami Tensei V and all of its DLC content will be removed on June 13.
As with most titles that have been delisted on the Nintendo Switch, players who have already bought the content will still be able to redownload it at any point in the future.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance will add new demons, story elements, and more to create an enhanced experience for fans of the 2021 hit.

The new and improved title will feature two distinct story paths: Canon of Creation and Canon of Vengeance. The former is the same story as the original, while the latter is unique to the new title and will diverge drastically mid-way through the campaign.
“When a grisly murder scene in modern-day Tokyo blocks the protagonist’s walk home, an unplanned detour leaves him buried and unconscious,” the game’s description reads. “He finds himself in a wasteland ravaged by apocalypse now called Da’at. Before bloodthirsty demons can claim his life, a savior emerges, and they unite to become a mighty being, neither human nor demon: a Nahobino.”
The game will also include a New Game+ mode, allowing players to either retain the game’s difficulty a second time, make battles easier, or make battles dramatically more difficult with a mode dubbed ‘Godborn.’
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance will be released on June 14 for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
