Palworld received a lot of success when it first launched in early access and is currently still being a semi-popular game across PC and Xbox. However, the developers did receive a bit of backlash not only for seemingly taking after Pokemon, but for also struggling to get the game to a playable state on Xbox.
With updates and bug fixes, many of the issues have been resolved and players have been able to play Palworld without the issues they were once experiencing and the same goes for now. PocketPair has officially decided to make eggs hatch faster in the game in the most recent patch notes – making them now hatch 1.5 times faster than before according to GamesRadar+. This will now make breeding just a bit faster than before.
On top of that, the glitch that stopped players from being able to pet pals has now been fixed, we can now show our pals love once again. Please do note, the update has only been released for PC so far, and the developers have stated that the Xbox version will release once it is ready. Below is a list of everything fixed in these patch notes.
Balance Adjustment
- The electric egg incubator now has increased hatching speed. Hatches at 1.5 times the normal rate
Optimization
- Optimized the processing load on dedicated servers
Bug Fixes
- You can now pet some pals that could not be pet due to a bug that prevented the “pet” option from working correctly
- Fixed an issue where base pals would sometimes collide with each other on dedicated servers
- [Xbox version only] Fixed an issue where the “Option to show/hide Journey” and “Option to change the scale of damage text numbers” were not working
- Fixed other minor bugs
Palworld is available on Xbox Series X/S and PC.
