In celebration of upcoming real-time strategy game Halo Wars 2, 343 Industries, Xbox and three famed artists have teamed up to capture the characters of Halo Wars 2 in stylised artistic portraits. More details on the prints will be released over the next few days via Xbox and Halo‘s Twitter accounts as we approach the game’s February 21 release date, but we already know Halo Wars 2 original art will be appearing across various cities worldwide, so keep make sure to keep your eyes peeled.
Halo Wars 2 was originally announced last June at the Xbox E3 conference, and is the sequel to 2009’s Halo Wars. Since then, fans have been treated to 4K Ultra HD wallpapers, a taste of the first two tracks from the game’s OST, as well as some insights into the narrative. From February 17, an Xbox One S Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition bundle will release, retailing for $349.99 USD.
