In celebration of Sonic The Hedgehog’s 25th anniversary, Humble Bundle and Sega are working together in offering gamers a nice little deal that will offer up to ten Sonic video games for download. This if of course will require gamers to pay a bit of money to partake in the Humble Bundle, but the service breaks the ten titles up into three tiers which should work for just about any gamer.
Just like with any Humble Bundle, gamers can pay the minimum for each tier or donate any amount about the minimum. Ultimately, gamers can adjust on how the money is split up between Humble Bundle, the development team, and the various charities the particular Humble Bundle is supporting.
In the case of Sonic The Hedgehog’s 25th anniversary, there are four charities being supported. Child’s Play Charity brings aims at bringing video games and consoles to sick children in hospitals. SpecialEffect is a UK-based charity dedicated to helping all disabled children to enjoy video games. Unicerf helps with child education throughout the United States. Lastly, the World Wildlife Fund works on preventing degradation of the planet’s natural environment.
As mentioned, there are three tiers of video games being offered for gamers to pick up with each tier requiring gamers to pay the minimum amount.
