If you want to relive the glory days of Game Gear and don't think that that last statement is an oxymoron, there's a good chance you'll be excited about this news post. The Game Gear titles released in Japan earlier this month and in the US a couple of weeks ago have made it to the EU territories much more quickly than we perhaps would have expected.
All three games are available now, although if you want Sonic the Hedgehog you'll have to be prepared to pay a rather high price. Sonic the Hedgehog: Triple Trouble was an odd one to choose to release amongst the first batch of 3DS Game Gear titles, it's a sequel to a game a lot of people interested in buying Triple Trouble won't necessarily have played, and it'll be £4.50/ €5.00. That's a little more than I'd be willing to spend for a game that's been out nearly 18 years, but no doubt it'll sell quite well.
Also available is Shinobi, which you can pick up for £3.60 / €4.00, and Dragon Crystal, available for £2.70 / €3.00.
