We get it. Video games can be an expensive hobby. The latest generation of console platforms also saw a rise in the cost of a new AAA game. We must be a little more cautious now on what big new games we want to grab up at launch. The others can stay in the backlog as we wait for the titles to drop in price. Fortunately, sales are going on all the time, and if you’re a PC gamer, then you might wait to pick some games up until Steam’s seasonal sale events.
Valve’s Steam digital marketplace typically has a sale event to accompany the season. Recently, the digital marketplace just highlighted the Winter Sale event, which kicked off yesterday and will run through January 2, 2025. So, if you have a few PC games that you want to pick up, check them out now on Steam, as there’s a good chance they might be heavily discounted.
