The official PlayStation Blog has announced a lineup of new and notable games being added to the PlayStation Plus game catalog this October.
PlayStation Plus members have until September 30 to add Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, MLB The Show 24, and Little Nightmares II to their game libraries.
According to the post, the games coming to the PlayStation Plus service include:
- WWE 2K24 (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5)
- Dead Space (PlayStation 5)
- Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5)
Notably, Dead Space offers fans of the original title a more immersive and terrifying experience. “Isaac Clarke is an everyman engineer on a mission to repair a vast Planet Cracker-class ship, the USG Ishimura, only to discover something has gone horribly wrong,” the game’s description reads.
“The ship’s crew has been slaughtered and Isaac’s beloved partner, Nicole, is lost somewhere on board. Now alone and armed with only his engineering tools and skills, Isaac races to uncover the nightmarish mystery of what happened aboard the Ishimura in hopes of finding Nicole. Trapped with hostile creatures called Necromorphs, Isaac faces a battle for survival, not only against the escalating terrors of the ship but his own crumbling sanity.”
While Doki Doki Literature Club may look adorable at first glance, the psychological horror title is anything but. Players reluctantly join their school’s Literature Club in search of romance, and with every poem they write and choice they make, strange things begin to unfold.
WWE 2K24 celebrates 40 years of WrestleMania, featuring iconic stars like “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Undertaker, and Andre the Giant, alongside current contenders Cody Rhodes, John Cena, Rhea Ripley and Roman Reigns.
The above titles will be playable starting on October 1 for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
