Grasshopper Manufacture has scheduled its second annual showcase for tomorrow, July 31, which we learned from VGC. While the contents of the presentation remain a mystery, fans are looking forward to potentially hearing more about the No More Heroes series, as well as Lollipop Chainsaw and Shadows of the Damned.
The first Grasshopper Manufacture direct took place in June 2023, and while it began with technical difficulties, it eventually debuted more footage from the upcoming title Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered. A new game was also teased during the event, but nothing more has been announced.

“We’re currently working our asses off on getting it ready *ON TIME* this time, and we don’t want to screw this one up so stay tuned for further updates on the exact time,” the X post announcing the upcoming showcase reads.
Last week, Grasshopper confirmed that Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered will be released on October 31 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The title follows Mexican demon hunter Garcia Hotspur as he visits the City of the Damned to fight against the forces of evil to save his girlfriend Paula after she’s captured by Fleming, the Lord of Demons. The title was influenced largely by the UK punk rock band The Damned, who also donated some music to the original game.
In September, Lollipop Chainsaw RePop will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The remaster of the 2012 game will also get a physical edition via Limited Run Games, with the Cheerleader edition packed with a Collector’s Box, soundtrack, artbook, statue, keychain, medal, and sticker.
