Street Fighter 6 Drops Character Guide For M. Bison

June 19, 2024 by Todd Black

This place shall become your grave!

From the moment he was announced for Street Fighter 6, fans have been eager to get their hands on M. Bison. One of the biggest reasons for this is that the character is one of the legendary antagonists of the series and has been around since basically the beginning of the franchise. However, in the new game, there’s something much different about M. Bison. Not only does he have a new, more haunting appearance, but he doesn’t seem to know who he is. That doesn’t mean he can’t fight, though, as he’s still in command of his Psycho Power, even if he doesn’t wield it like he used to.

To prep people for the return of M. Bison, the Capcom team dropped a special Street Fighter 6 guide video to help people learn his moves and understand how to wield him properly in battle. For example, in this version of M. Bison, he has a lot of long-range strikes and attacks, including ones that he can drop on people from the air. That means, if you play him right, you’ll have the ability to swarm your opponents and ensure they can’t get away from the attacks and combos you unleash.

Just as devastating is that he can plant a “Psycho Mine” on people should he do certain attacks. These are special bombs that will either detonate after a while or can be triggered by Bison hitting the opponent in a certain way. No matter what, they will explode and cause good damage to the opponent. Plus, they’ll be knocked to the ground in every instance, leaving them open to further strikes.

If you’re hoping that some of M. Bison’s classic moves are back, you’re in luck. One of his all-time best moves, Psycho Crusher, is once again in the game, and it comes in different variations depending on when and how you activate it. You can do a light, medium, and heavy version, with the heavy version being able to cross pretty much the entire stage to reach your opponent. He can even crank it up even further via Overdrive to ensure that the foe can’t get away or attempt to counter.

The true irony is that while we’ve been giving you some tips, that only scratches the surface of what M. Bison can do in the game! You can check out the full video below for a look at all his impressive moves and strategies. Just make sure you watch it all before he arrives!

Your demise awaits! 🐎
