The Elder Scrolls Online’s Dark Brotherhood DLC Dated

April 26, 2016 by Stephen Daly

Hail Sithis!

The Dark Brotherhood add-on for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimted will be released on May 31st for PC and Mac and on June 14th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It’s also available to try out from today on the Public Test Server.

As any fan of the Elder Scrolls games knows, the Dark Brotherhood is the best guild. While even the Thieves Guild has its honourable moments, the cult of Sithis worshippers doesn’t care about saving the world or making you a hero – instead, it’s all about assassinating people. Indeed, to join them you usually have to kill someone.

The Dark Brotherhood is located on the Gold Coast in TESO and once you join up you can unlock a new and exclusive skill tree which is passive in nature. Someone has been killing Brotherhood agents and it’s your job to find out who and stop them.

A patch for all ESO subscribers is also in the works and will add poison making among other features.

ESO Plus subscribers will not have to pay extra for The Dark Brotherhood content which will also be sold via the game’s Crown Store for 2000 crowns.

Last month saw the release of the MMO’s Thieves Guild DLC, which added new skills, Heist missions, and additional story quests.

We may learn more about Zenimax and Bethesda’s plans for The Elder Scrolls Online during Bethesda’s E3 press conference on June 12th.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One now. Check out our dedicated game tag for more.
