Nintendo’s latest first party game has officially released, a brand new game featuring Princess Peach called Princess Peach Showtime. The last time we had a game featuring this Princess was back in the DS area with Super Princess Peach. With this game releasing, it is a big deal as we haven’t had a game centering around our female Mario character in a long time.
While some reviewers have said the game is a bit short and seems targeted to younger audience, we have all been waiting for this game to release so we can give it a try. When fans asked about what developer and director made Princess Peach Showtime, Nintendo said that players would have to wait until the end credits to know…and now it is officially out.
It is very normal for Nintendo to be very hush-hush about directors, actors, and even developers who work on their games, but now that the game is out, we can finally know who worked on it. In the credits, it says Etsunobu Ebisu is the producer and director for the game while Good-Feel was the developers behind it.
Etsunobu Ebisu had worked as a programmer on games like Castlevania and Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness – this is before their time of working as the CEO of the Good-Feel company. To get you more familiar with what Good-Feel company has worked on, they also developed games like Kirby;s Epic Yarn, Yoshi’s Wooly World, and Wario Land: Shake It. It is safe to say that Princess Peach Showtime definitely shows the developers stylized touch on it.
