Fallout 4’s Chryslus Rocket ’69 Racing To Forza 6 Today

For once, you get to see a Fallout car that isn’t a rusted, exploding wreck.

Anyone who plays Fallout 4 or Forza Motorsport 6 on Xbox One will receive a free code to download Fallout’s Chryslus Rocket ’69 vehicle for use in Turn 10’s racer. The codes are being sent from today over the next week.

Those who purchase Fallout 4 or Forza 6 between April 14th and the end of the month will be sent their codes at the start of May with codes being sent via Xbox Live messages.

The car seems to be pretty fast and certainly looks a lot better than any you’ll find in the Commonwealth. It even comes with a special Forzavista experience detailing its history and letting players check out features.

Earlier this week, Bethesda released the Wasteland Workshop DLC for Fallout 4. The second expansion for the game, Wasteland Workshop introduces various different aesthetic options for your settlements including nixie tube lighting, letter kits, and taxidermy decorations. The biggest addition is the option to tame wasteland creatures, including the ferocious deathclaws, and capture human raiders for the purposes of fighting in an arena. You can also send your own settlers into the ring should you so choose.

Last month saw the release of Automatron, which allows players to build and customise their own robotic companions from salvaged parts. It also adds a new storyline focused on the Mechanist, a comic book villain from the in-game Silver Shroud series.

Next month will see the release of Far Harbor, which Bethesda has said will feature the largest landmass ever created for one of their DLCs.

More add-ons for the game will be announced later this year, probably during Bethesda’s E3 press conference.
