Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon PC System Requirements Revealed

During last year’s The Game Awards, Armored Core fans were surprised when FromSoftware unveiled that the franchise would make a big return. We know that Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is launching this month. However, if you plan to pick this game up on the PC platform, you might be interested in knowing the system requirements. Fortunately, it looks like the Armored Core website released the system requirements when running the game from Steam. So if you’re planning to pick this game up, before you make that purchase, you’ll want to see if your system can run it. 

The system requirements released will show the minimum, along with the recommended system requirements. Hopefully, you’ll find that your system will have no real issues running the game. But if you need to make any upgrades, then you still have time, as the game is not set to launch into the marketplace until the end of this month.   • CPU: i7-4790K, i5-8400, Ryzen 7 1800X, Ryzen 5 2600
  • RAM: 12GB 
  • GPU: GTX 1650 4GB, RX 480 4GB
  • GPU W/ Raytracing: RTX 2060 6GB, RX6600 8GB
  • DirectX: DirectX 12 
  • HDD: 60 GB

Recommended System Requirements

  • OS: Windows 11/10
  • CPU: i7-7700, i5-10400, Ryzen 7 2700X, Ryzen 5 3600
  • RAM: 12GB
  • GPU: GTX 1060 6GB, RX 590 8GB, A750 8GB
  • GPU W/ Raytracing: RTX 2070 8GB, RX 6650 XT 8GB, A770 16GB
  • DirectX: DirectX 12
  • HDD: 60GB

Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is set to launch this August 25, 2023. If you haven’t been keeping tabs on the game, you’ll find that the narrative is centered around a new substance called Coral that can be used as an energy source. Now the battle to acquire this substance has begun, with several corporations flocking to the distant planet of Rubicon 3 to harvest it. When this game launches, you’ll find it available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms. Meanwhile, we also learned just how much storage space this game will require for the PlayStation platforms. Additionally, Sony has recently even highlighted the lengthy history of the Armored Core franchise in a recent PlayStation Blog post.
