Starting tomorrow, January 19, all Xbox Live Gold members can a free trial for the EA Access subscription service, which comes with more than a dozen games to play for free. The trial will last until January 24 (via GameSpot).
If you decide to keep the service after trying it out for free, it’ll cost you $5 per month, or $30 per year, with the added benefits of a five-day early access to upcoming EA games and a 10 percent discount on all EA digital content. You can initiate the free try by downloading the EA Access app to your Xbox dashboard. Check out some of the free games available on the service below.

Even though EA Access isn’t available on PlayStation 4, the company has brought the service to PC, in the form of a program called “Origin Access,” which works through the Origin digital store platform. It functions similarly, allowing access to most of the free games that Xbox players also receive.
