New Star Wars Battlefront Gameplay Emerges

November 6, 2015 by Michael Fossbakk

Features Boba Fett, Princess Leia, Darth Sidious, more.

A new gameplay video for Star Wars Battlefront has emerged just weeks before its launch later this month and it features gameplay from Boba Fett, Princess Leia, Darth Vader, Han Solo, Darth Sidious and more.

The video was uploaded to YouTube channel Sky Ash and features gameplay not shown in the game’s recent public beta. While Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader were featured prominently in the beta, this video shows more action from Vader and Luke, but also Boba Fett, Leia, and Han Solo. Additionally it features split-screen gameplay and aerial dogfights in iconic Star Wars ships like the Millennium Falcon.

A recent trailer from last week’s Paris Games Week featured combat between Han Solo and Darth Vader, as well as Princess Leia and Boba Fett, but the above video features straight gameplay.

Last month, Electronic Arts revealed the pricing for Star Wars Battlefront, including the ultimate edition, which comes with the game, the DLC season pass, and the content from the deluxe edition. Ironically, the deluxe edition and season pass are $70 and $50 respectively, so purchasing the ultimate edition is the same as purchasing the deluxe edition and season pass separately.

Additionally, Xbox One players with EA Access memberships will get early access to the game and 10% off all Star Wars Battlefront content.

Star Wars Battlefront will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on Nov. 17 (or Nov. 12 for EA Access members).
