EA Games Announces Star Wars Battlefront Pricing

October 19, 2015 by Olga Lexell

The premium version will cost $120.

Ahead of the November 17 release date, Electronic Arts has revealed the price for Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition.

The game itself costs $60 but the Ultimate Edition will cost $120. The Ultimate Edition includes the game, the DLC pass, and Deluxe Edition content. On its own, the Deluxe Edition is $70 and the DLC is $50, so there aren't really any benefits to buying the Ultimate Edition over gettingthe Deluxe Edition and DLC separately.

Xbox One players with an EA Access membership save 10% on Battlefront-related content, so the prices are somewhat lower. The game itself will only be $54, the DLC is $45, the Deluxe Edition is $63, and the Ultimate Edition is $108.

There is some advantage to pre-ordering the game, as those who do will get to experience the world of Jakku (which is featured in the upcoming film) a week earlier than all other players on December 1.
