Broken Sword 5 Gets a PS4 and Xbox One Release Date

July 30, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Expect better graphics and audio on console.

Revolution's Adventure game Broken Sword 5 will be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 4th, the developer announced today.

Depending on your region, the game will cost you £19.99, €29.99 and $29.99.

The developer is set to self-publish the digital version of Broken Sword 5 through the PlayStation Network and Xbox Games Store. A physical version including a prequel comic book will also be available.

You once again take on the roles of Nico Collard and George Stobbart as they seek to solve the mystery of a stolen painting before they stumble on an ancient conspiracy, as you do.

Players can expect improve graphics, enhanced audio, and a new character gallery feature. The gameplay video above will show you how the new user interface has been designed for a controller.
