343 Industries has launched yet another patch for Halo: The Master Chief Collection today, with the aim of improving the issues which have continually plagued the game since its launch on November 11th last year.
The full patch notes for the update can be found on Halo Waypoint, but the highlights are mentioned below:
Features of the update include tweaked matchmaking performance to increase success rates, hurry searches, and enhance the stability of matchmaking generally. Parties will also see improved stability as a result of the patch. Client devices and hit detection across host should be better thanks to the patch as well.
A number of gameplay fixes are also being introduced for Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2: Anniversary – including solving an issue in the original Halo which say the aim assist push the reticle away from enemies. Those playing Halo 2 should see higher registration and hit detection, as well as campaign stability related enhancements.
