Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire: Get Eon Ticket Via StreetPass

November 7, 2014 by Tony Ponce

The Eon Ticket is the only to catch Latios or Latias.

One of the big advertised features in Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire is Soar, a move learned by Mega Latios and Mega Latias that allows you to ride them through the skies and visit Mirage Spots where Legendary Pokemon await. Being able to use Soar, however, is not that simple. You see, you can't even catch Latios or Latias by normal means.

Starting today, a small batch of Pokemon League Leaders will be given the Eon Ticket item, which is used on the Southern Island to capture Latias in Omega Ruby or Latios in Alpha Sapphire. How will normal Trainers get their hands on the Eon Ticket? They will have to StreetPass someone in possession of the item. That may sound intimidating, but considering how easily 3DS owners collect panel pieces in Puzzle Swap, you might get your ticket sooner than you'd expect.

Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire hits 3DS on November 21.
