Remember how last month I mentioned that Sony was preparing to shut down PlayStation Home service on PS3 in Japan and greater Asia some time next March? American and European players better mark their calendars, because closing time is creeping up on us as well. Seems like Sony wants to kill the lights on the same day worldwide: March 31, 2015.
New content will cease to appear come November 12, though everyone will still be able to download any content until December 3. As one final gift, Sony will make available a few free goodies to all users before the March 31 deadline.
Who's going to miss Home? I'm sure some will, but I doubt anyone's losing sleep over it.
