Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire may be the new hotness, but there's still plenty to do and obtain in Pokemon X & Y. A pair of X & Y distributions will be held at GameStop beginning in October, during which you can score yourself a Shiny Gengar and a Diancie, the mythical Rock / Fairy-type that can only be obtained though these kinds of events.
Stepping into GameStop between October 13 and October 26 will net you a code for a Shiny Gengar along with a Gengarite Mega Stone so that you may evolve it into Shiny Mega Gengar during battles. Make sure to come back between October 27 and November 16 in order to adopt your very own Diancie. This little dazzler also has a Mega form, but you won't be able to see it until you transfer Diancie into Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire and use the Diancite Mega Stone.
Pokemon X & Y are tearing up 3DS machines as we speak. Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire will do the same come November 21.
