Redditor joeyslucky22, aka Joe Horan, has posted a video on YouTube showing some of his concepts for the DayZ main menu and gameplay.
The video was made using Adobe Premiere CC, After Effects CC, and Photoshop CC. In it, we get a look at some rather agonising player deaths instead of the instant 'You are dead' message which currently appears and lends the game more of a horror vibe which would seem to be a popular director for Bohemia to pursue.
You can also check out Horan's inventory UI concept here, which does not appear in the video.
Last month, creator Dean Hall announced that the game is coming to PS4 and you can have a look at how the game might play with a DualShock 4.
Hall said PC player will benefit from the PS4 version as well.
