Less than a month remains before Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS occupies Japanese shelves, after which time studious players will likely mine every remaining secret with the quickness. Until then, it's our duty to keep seeking out any and all pieces of pertinent information. The latest bit comes from NeoGAF user Tripon, who somehow got his hands on the game's download card early and snapped a photo. Smack in the middle of the image is the game's file size: 17,300 Blocks, or 2.1GB.
Further inspection of the packaging yields a copyright list. Among the companies credited are Sega, Bandai Namco, and Capcom, thanks to the inclusion of Sonic, Pac-Man, and Mega Man. Not listed is Konami, which seemingly confirms once and for all that Solid Snake will not be returning from Brawl. Then again, Rayman is present as a trophy and Ubisoft hasn't been credited, although the logical answer for that omission may be that the Rayman trophy is only available in the Wii U version.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS arrives in the States on October 3. The Wii U version will arrive later in winter.
