Several new screenshots from The Last of Us Remastered have emerged showing the graphical progress Naughty Dog has made for the PS4 port.
The images include shots of the multiplayer, single player story, and Left Behind DLC which is included with Remastered. NeoGAF unearthed the screens on a Korean site and they have since been verified by Naughty Dog's PR chief Arne Meyer who said they were part of "the batch we sent for a print only feature in Japan".
The Last of Us Remastered features improved character models and runs at 1080p and 60fps. You can check out a comparison video which looks at the PS3 original version and Remastered here.
Sony's Josh Walker recently said it would be "almost unfair" not to release The Last of Us on PS4 given the number of players who never played the game originally.
The Last of Us Remastered launches on July 29th in North America and on August 1st in Europe. Click on the images below to enlarge them.
