Halo Nerf Motorized Dart Blaster Comes With Halo Infinite DLC?

July 30, 2020 by Dennis Patrick

Nerf to invade Halo Infinite?

Nerf is no stranger in delivering some unique fun dart toys for kids. We’ve even seen the company work with other bands to deliver some unique Nerf guns such as Overwatch-themed weaponry or Halo. In fact, this new gun reveal is based around a Halo Infinite weapon, the MA40. It’s a new motorized dart blaster that should give plenty of incentive for fans to pick up the toy.

Outside of being just fun looking Nerf gun that’s motorized with a 10-dart clip, it’s designed and shaped to look like a replica MA40. The same shape that Master Chief will be using during his battle and journey through Halo Infinite. However, don’t expect the colors to match as the Nerf gun is painted a military green, white, with black and orange accents. In any case, even if you’re not the biggest Nerf fan, there may be another reason to pick up this gun as it looks like we’ll see some DLC come packed with the toy.

According to the Amazon listing, there is a game unlock code that comes with the toy. It only states that the code will unlock a digital asset in the Halo game. Unfortunately, we don’t know just what that may be as it could be some type of new skin or something completely unique that may give fans a new advantage in-game. More information is likely to come in the near future as the Nerf Halo MA40 gun is set to release on October 1, 2020, for $49.99.

In other Halo Infinite news, the game recently had a gameplay trailer reveal. That reveal didn’t go over as 343 Industries had likely hoped for. Fans have really shown some concern about the visuals that the game trailer presented, with most feeling that the game doesn’t meet the standards for a next-generation Halo title. As a result, a developer for 343 Industries has confirmed that the studio is aware of the criticism and is taking the feedback for the game development.
