Going into 2020 we had plenty of great video game titles to look forward in. From sequels like Doom Eternal and The Last of Us Part 2, not to mention remakes such as Final Fantasy 7. Still, there is one game that has had a ton of gamers talking for several years now and that’s Cyberpunk 2077. The hype train is not slowing down and while we are just a few short months away before we’re able to pick up a copy for our very own, more information continues to seep out into the public.
We know that Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be quite the immersive RPG title. From the developers behind the successful series, The Witcher, there is quite a talented team of creative workers putting their all into the game. In the past, we’ve seen some gameplay footage to showcase several areas in which gamers can make their own choices to alter the gameplay up a bit. From the various augmentations you use and the choices you make, it seems like you may have a unique experience to the game than others on the first playthrough.
However, we’re now finding out that there is just as much choice available to the game missions themselves. During a podcast interview, CD Projekt Red has apparently made the game so detailed that missions will have a variety of ways to complete them. Death very well may be the only way a mission can fail so if you’re looking to complete the task on hand in a specific way, chances are the developers had thought it through and implemented to the game. That’s going to be quite the feat to see played out on just how fast some missions can be completed to some of the more bizarre ways players managed to finish the task.
Regardless, the upcoming release of Cyberpunk 2077 continues to find a way to impress potential players. With the game slated to release on September 17, 2020, we’re soon going to have the chance to finally play this game for ourselves on either the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC platforms. It’s worth pointing out that recently it was confirmed that Google Stadia would not be one of the platforms available for the game at launch.
