Rockstar Games took to their blog to announce some exciting news for Red Dead Redemption 2 console players.
Previously exclusive to the PC platform, Rockstar Games have officially announced that all exclusive content will be making its way to the PlayStation 4. The PS4 will be the first console to get the update, however, the Xbox One will be receiving the exclusive content, but that will come January 21, 2020.
The main bulk of the newly incoming content is centered around the story updates, and the amazing photo mode. In addition to Photo Mode, Red Dead Redemption on PS4 will also get:
- Story Mode Bounty Hunter Missions: track down wanted criminals Herman Zizendorf, Camille de Millemont and Bart Cavanaugh
- Story Mode Gang Hideouts: take on the deadly Del lobos gang at Gaptooth Breach and Solomon’s Folly
- Story Mode Treasure Maps: Landmarks of Riches and The Elemental Trail
- “To The Ends of The Earth” Story Mode Mission
- Weapons Added to Story Mode: M1899 Pistol, Evans Repeater, High Roller Revolver and LeMat Revolver
- Horses Added to Story Mode: Warped Brindle Arabian, Few Spot Appaloosa, Perlino Andalusian and Red Chestnut Arabian
- Hidden Trinkets Added to Story Mode: Hawk Talon, Cat Eye, Shark Tooth, Turtle Shell and Crow Beak
In recent Red Dead news, Rockstar Games recently released their latest online update for the game — Moonshiners.
Titled Moonshiners: A New Frontier Pursuit, the update will bring a whole new activity and specialist role for players to immerse themselves into. Players will be able to establish their own bootlegging business with this new Specialist role. If you primarily play as a trader, this will be the perfect role for you to adapt to.
You will be able to unlock distillation methods to make profits, put rival bootleggers out of business, all while avoiding the law. Rockstar teases the ability to open up your own speakeasy if you rank up far enough. In addition to all that, Outlaw Pass No. 2 is also on its way. Players should expect to get their hands on the new Navy Revolver, additional clothing options and an increase in the amount of outfit slots in your Wardrobe.
