Thanks to twitter user Wario 64, who spotted it first, Square Enix released a new boxart for the game, which clearly states on the bottom right that the game will remain a PlayStation exclusive until 3/3/21. What platforms the game would come to is still unclear, but Final Fantasy fans should sit tight if there looking to play the game on a specific console.

This is pretty exciting for fans of the game who primarily play on Xbox One, Nintendo, or PC, however, as I mentioned above, there is no details about which platforms the game would come to. But it would be smart for Square Enix to try to get this game on all platforms once the exclusivity deal ends.
