Using the Kinect sensor, players can shout voice commands and lean to peek around corners in Battlefield 4.
While we already detailed the available Kinect voice commands and a possible leaning feature for Battlefield 4 back in October, a recent Xbox One event confirmed to Polygon the Kinect's head-tracking functions. Through subtle movements of a player's head, the in-game character leans to peek safely around corners.
A leaning feature existed in previous Battlefield titles alongside the Commander Mode. Commander Mode too makes its return in Battlefield 4 with control options using tablets or devices compatible with the Battlelog. Commander Mode lets players spot enemies and deploy artillery in the larger 64-person maps.
Battlefield 4 already launched on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Next generation versions will launch alongside each console.
