You all are probably fully aware of the upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog movie. It’s a film that mixes digital animation along with live action, similar to the Detective Pikachu film that is coming out as well. However, since its announcement, Sonic fans have been rather skeptical and progressing forward, there seems to be plenty of viewers against the film or at least plenty of gamers not interested in rushing to the theater to see it when the film actually does launch. However, we haven’t seen the initial trailer yet so who knows maybe this upcoming trailer will convince some gamers to give it a chance.

Despite not having a trailer readily available it appears that a leaked image has surfaced online that showcases Doctor Robotnik portrayed by cinematic and comedian legend Jim Carrey. This image shows off the character in what looks like to be one of his, likely several, machines. Perhaps this is a younger Doctor Robotnik as he still sports a full head of hair and certainly looks a bit thin in comparison to the iconic franchise villain we’ve battled against over countless video game installments.
At any rate, this image came from Twitter user Sega Bits who has stated that a trailer is debuting tomorrow. For now, we want to know what you think of Jim Carrey’s Doctor Robotnik visuals. Let us know by leaving a comment below. Likewise, check back tomorrow as we’ll update if a trailer for the upcoming movie releases.
