Volition has released a second developer diary for Saints Row 4 which focuses on the game's plot – yes, there is in fact a plot.
Senior producer Jim Boone, creative director Steve Jaros and lighting lead Chris Claflin all contribute to the video. Troy Baker and Terry Crews, two of the game's voice actors, also appear and share their thoughts on the possibilities within the game.
Saints Row 4 is set for release on August 20th in North America and on August 23rd in Europe for PS3, PC and Xbox 360. There are a number of editions of the game standard, Commander in Chief, Super Dangerous Wub Wub, Game of the Generation and, announced today, the one-of-a-kind Super Dangerous Wad Wad Edition which includes (among other things), a trip to space, plastic surgery and a Lamborghini all for just $1 million.
The game sees a super-powered US president and Saint, take on a race of invading aliens in his/her birthday suit should you so choose.
