When game releases come in bunches, the Microsoft Certification process can delay title updates from releasing. But before an update can enter certification, developers aim to squash all known bugs to avoid any complications.
4JStudios, the team working on the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft, continue to work on fixing any bugs in Title Update 12 before sending the update to Microsoft Certification.
To appease the impatient Xbox 360 Minecraft players, 4JStudios released a screenshot showing a room full of cats and a mantle of heads.
Title Update 12 will bring Jungle Biomes and Redstone Lamps in addition to improved in game tutorials. Until 4JStudios fixes all of the bugs and sends the update through the certification process, players will need to wait a while longer for the update.
