Today Square Enix released a new trailer for Final Fantasy: Lightning Returns XIII which showcases new bosses and a host of new costumes for Lightning.
"A warrior has awoken in a world of chaos. The end has begun" and Lightning has "13 days to find the truth. 13 days to save the innocent. 13 days until the end."
It's unclear if the costumes will be included in the game or available elsewhere as DLC.
We also see more of Lightning's confrontation with Noel Kreiss, the one of the protagonists of Final Fantasy XIII-2. The previously released story trailer revealed Lightning's confrontation with Noel and also confirmed the return of Oerba Yun Fang.
Hope Estheim is also set to make a return for the game which is the final installment of the Lightning saga.
For a look at 13 minutes of gameplay check out this trailer from the recent Japan Expo. Despite the significance of 13 in the game Lightning Returns is set to be released on February 11th 2014 in North America and three days later on February 14th in Europe for PS3 and Xbox 360.
