As Microsoft's E3 press conference approaches, information for existing games continues to trickle out slowly. Recent Amazon listings and EA support pages suggest that Mirror's Edge 2 reveal at the upcoming event, but for now you can gaze at the Quantum Break box art.
During the Xbox One reveal, Microsoft announced Remedy's new game Quantum Break. With next to no gameplay shown, they began the reveal with some unsettling acting in a real time trailer.
Until E3, all the information we can collect about the game so far tells us that the game will feature some sort of time shift mechanic and the story will see a television show run alongside it. In the past, Remedy produced a number of real-time cinematics for Alan Wake which does not position Quantum Breaks cinematics as unordinary.
In a video made promoting a Humble Bundle of all the Alan Wake titles, creative direct of Remedy, Sam Lake, spoke about Alan Wake's future and the studios ambitions for Quantum Break.
When speaking about their new game he said that they aim to create "something big." The will produce game much larger "than what [they] have ever created before."
You can watch Microsoft's E3 press conference on June 10th.
