Kingston’s gaming department HyperX has expanded its headset range with the addition of the Cloud Revolver Gunmetal, an evolution of the award-winning Cloud Revolver.
Fitted with 50mm drivers and a detachable noise-cancelling mic, the Cloud Revolver Gunmetal is precision engineered for studio-grade sound quality. HyperX audio business manager Tyler Needles explains the headset drivers can “identify footsteps and gunshots quickly and more accurately” compared with competing headsets, which confers FPS players a noticeable advantage.
Extensive gameplay sessions aren’t an issue either, thanks to HyperX signature memory foam and premium leather on both the head band and ear cups. The Cloud Revolver Gunmetal comes with a durable steel frame, matte finish, and enables multi-platform compatibility (PC, PS4, Xbox One, Mac, Mobile, Switch and VR systems).
The HyperX Cloud Revolver Gunmetal gaming headset is available now for $119.99 USD.
Last month, it was revealed that shipments of HyperX headphones had totalled an impressive four million units. The gaming peripheral maker is preparing to launch a number of new products this year, including a wireless upgrade of the HyperX Cloud Flight Headset and the HyperX Pulsefire Surge RGB mouse.
