The artwork for Grand Theft Auto 5 is available and ready for anyone to look at on the internet, just as we revealed a couple of days ago. What isn't truly ready is the mural that Rockstar's still working to complete. If you recall, Rockstar has been painting a mural of the Grand Theft Auto 5 box art on a building in downtown Manhattan.
It's yet to be complete, and some of the details appear to be missing—particularly the facial features on some of the characters present in the art. Without a proper set of eyes and some weird looking lips, Franklin looks like a racist caricature of himself.
Present is the game's release date, which puts it on September 17. It's a date we've known about for some time now, but it'd be a shame if Rockstar managed to let the game slip yet again after all of this.
If you live in New York City and you'd like to see it for yourself, just head down to 194 7th Ave S, New York, NY 10014. We're told it's a walk from 7th Ave until you reach the intersection at 11th St. and Greenwich Ave.
