Bluepoint Games’ remake of the PS2 classic Shadow of the Colossus has a set release date for anticipating fans to look forward to. The third-person adventure title will release 6th 2018 for PS4. As of right now, the game is available to pre-order.
Developed by Sony Japan Studio and remade for the PS4 from the ground up by Bluepoint Games, Shadow of the Colossus follows the story of a young man name Wander. The protagonist is tasked with defeating 16 different enormous creatures known as Colossi in order to restore the life of a girl called Mono. Each Colossi is a different, more challenging puzzle, whereby the player has to figure out the creature’s weaknesses in order to take them all down.
It’s an absolute classic and has been relaunched previously on PS3 and now on PS4 (and probably on PS5,6,7 ect.).
The studio behind the remake is also pretty popular themselves, having successfully ported titles such as Titanfall for Xbox 360 and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for PS4.
