Twitch is one of the world’s leading live streaming websites, and today it’s going to be a little more popular by allowing players in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 to stream their games to viewers directly through the game.
Activision has partnered with Twitch to allow Call of Duty players on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC versions of the game to stream their multiplayer games from the game directly to their channels on Twitch. They can share their stream through Twitter and Facebook.
Twitch joins YouTube as the second livestreaming option available to Black Ops 2. Youtube streaming has been available to the game since its release last November, although it is restricted to streaming League Play games alone.
The streams they upload can be viewed on Twitch on browsers through Call of Duty: Elite, whose members will also be able to see the player card of the livestreamer, with full details about their weapons and class loadouts, recent match data, and other statistics.
