The wait for Obduction, Cyan Inc’s critically-acclaimed sci-fi journey, is finally over. Launching today on PlayStation 4, Obduction delivers fans a shiny new launch trailer as well as some never before seen bonus content.
Unlike the PC and Mac versions, the PS4 version comes with a mysterious Russian submarine that’s being housed within an enormous cavern. Additionally, there’s a more detailed exposition of the background of characters and places, and a couple extra music tracks—which you can listen to right here.
Interested players can purchase Obduction through the PlayStation Store for $29.99 USD. It comes in a bundle containing both the PS4 and PSVR editions, and supports PS4 Pro enhanced gameplay.
PC and Mac owners can also grab a copy of Obduction via Steam. VR compatibility with Oculus Rift and HTC Vive was introduced in March.
Last but not least, Obduction will be playable at PAX West (September 1-4) at the PAX IndieMegabooth, so make sure to give it a whirl if you’re attending.
