SEGA has announced earlier today that their upcoming Sonic title, Sonic Mania will be released for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch on August 15.
The announcement comes via a new pre-order trailer that showcases some new gameplay to hype fans up. The trailer is short, but it does a good job showing off some good ol’ retro Sonic gameplay. Check out the new trailer down below:

Here is a brief description of Sonic Mania via the official Sega Website:

Sonic Mania will be launching digitally for $19.99. However, if you are a huge Sonic fan or want an extremely cool collector edition, last Summer SEGA announced the Sonic Mania Collector edition which comes with some pretty cool Sonic trinkets, including as 12′ statue.
