This time around, instead of answering questions, players must find the NPC Zoner throughout Water 7. They can be found north of Dock One behind a wooden wagon.

It should be noted that players are only able to access the Grand Line Quiz Madam by speaking with Lim following the events of the Marineford Arc. Doing so will take the player to the Marineford City Area, where they can find the Quiz Madam. In addition to speaking with Lim, you will also need to recruit Franky’s help to build a bridge in order to find Zoner further inside Marineford. Once you find the Madam, however, the format for the questions and answers are essentially the same as shown above

Much like other parts of this questline, this time around, players will have to play yet another game of hide and seek. In the Southern End of Marineford, you will have to save Zoner from some escaped criminals from Impel Down. Do this, and you will complete level 3.

The NPC for your last quest of questions can be found in Dressrosa after you complete the main storyline that takes place there. Doing so will cause a Zoner to appear in which you will unlock the Grand line Quiz Master and three more quests.
