The world of V Rising is full of horrors and danger. To become the next Dracula, you will have to defeat all enemies in your path and work your way to the top. If you have reached level 20 in V Rising, you are ready to take on your first boss, the Alpha Wolf. The Alpha Wolf will put up a good fight, but taking it down will be rewarding.
Before you can take on a boss in V Rising, you need to craft a Blood Altar and place it in your castle. By interacting with it, you will be able to see a list of bosses and track their locations. The first boss to tick off the list is the Alpha Wolf and selecting it in the Blood Altar will give you the option to track it. Make sure you gear up an have your weapons and heals at the ready as a red mist will appear which will lead you straight to the Alpha Wolf. All you have to do is follow the mist until you find yourself face to face with the Alpha Wolf and the boss fight will begin.
How to Defeat the Alpha Wolf
The Alpha Wolf will charge at you and upon impact, it can deal a considerable amount of damage. Also, it will summon some regular wolves that will continuously attack you. An effective weapon to defeat the boss and its minions is a spear, so you can hit them from a further range. Combining this with your ranged attack will see you deal a devastating blow to the Alpha Wolf.
Once you have defeated the Alpha Wolf in V Rising you can feed on it to earn the wolf transformation ability. This allows you to turn into a wolf which has benefits such as a faster movement speed and other wolves being friendly towards you. That is all you need to know about beating the Alpha Wolf and now you can begin preparing for your next boss fight.
