There are a total of 60 Lore Collectible Artifacts found across can be found Trek to Yomi‘s seven chapters each one being a unique item that comes with a short description of what they are. With these items also connected to the “Leave no Stone Unturned” Achievement, which requires players to find all of these collectibles to unlock, players that want to collect them all must know where to find them. This guide will show players where to find all of the Lore Collectible Artifacts in Chapter 5 of Trek to Yomi.
All Chapter 5 Lore Collectibles In Trek To Yomi
There are a total of 9 Artifacts found in Chapter 5 of Trek to Yomi, with the ninth Artifact being awarded to the player when all the other collectibles are put together. It is important to know that Trek to Yomi does not have a chapter select feature, so even though you can replay the game to get any collectibles you might have missed, you will need to start over from the start of the game to get any Artifacts you might have missed.
Artifact #1: Great Thunder
The first collectible for Chapter 5 is found directly in front of you when you get control of Hiroki at the start of the level. The statue’s head is sitting on the ground.
Artifact #2: Cleaving Thunder
Soon after picking up the first Artifact, you will reach a temple after being introduced to the game’s environmental puzzle. It is in this temple that you will see Hiroki facing off against the spirit of the first bandit that he ever killed. Once he is defeated and you exit the temple, go to the left to pick up the second Artifact.
Artifact #3: Earth Thunder
The next Artifact is found just after the next environmental puzzle. To reach the puzzle, you will need to get past the two new enemy types that are introduced in this level, the Spectre and Wraith, before you reach the area with the large statue of Aiko. Complete the puzzle and progress to the screen shown below, which is where you will find the Artifact.
Artifact #4: Black Thunder
The next major location that you visit is a shifting temple that utilizes shifting walls and doors that you need to navigate. Progress through the temple until you reach the room pictured in the left image below. From here, go to the right to find the Black Thunder collectible sitting on the ground.
Artifact #5: Couchant Thunder
Go back to the left picture above and go through the middle entrance that will take you to a platform that creates floating bridges for you to cross. Go to the right and reach the shrine pictured below. Approach the statue overlooking the room and go to the right to find the Couchant Thunder Artifact.
Artifact #6: Roaring Thunder
At the end of the temple, you will face off with Sadatame, the boss from Chapter 2. Once you defeat him, you will be able to leave the temple. Once you walk outside, go directly to the right to find a Shrine and the collectible sitting on a box.
Artifact #7: Young Thunder
As you make your way through the desert zone that follows the temple, you will come across a boat and a rope that you can cut to fill the area with water. Use the rising water and boat to reach the higher platform. Just beyond the Shrine that is up here is a new environmental puzzle that sees you stepping on a platform to raise up a stone bridge that you need to cross in a given amount of time. Use the bridge to reach the circled part of the image below to find the Young Thunder Artifact.
Artifact #8: Fire Thunder
Progress through the level until your reach the staircase pictured below. Directly to the left of the bottom of the stairs is the Artifact collectible.
Artifact #9: Raijin
With all of the previous Artifacts collected, you will be rewarded with the Raijin statue, rounding out the chapter’s final collectible.
