It’s not often that we play games in which we are the villain. Normally it’s a heroic approach developers make with their video game titles, but when it comes to Phobia Game Studio, they are bringing out a unique horror game in which players assume the role of a monster. This indie title follows an amorphous creature that you’ll control. Breaking out of containment in a research facility, your goal is to feed on those that captured and studied you. As you progress through the facility devouring anyone that stands in your way, the game will grant players the ability to make an assortment of upgrades and ability changes. Unfortunately, the game is only slated to release in 2020 and we don’t have a specific release date attached to the project quite yet. At any rate, we’ll be keeping tabs on this title as we anticipate its official launch into the market.

The Walking Dead is a worldwide phenomenon hit. From its humble beginnings as a traditional comic book, the franchise has exploded into a television series and slew of video games. Overall, The Walking Dead is here to stay in some shape or format. However, there is a new video game that came out this year called The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. It’s a VR title so it may be a bit niche to players, but those that really want to immerse themselves in the world of The Walking Dead may want to strap on a headset and dive into this game. If you’re not familiar with this installment, players are a survivor in New Orleans who is having to deal with this zombie pandemic. This is not an on-rails type of shooter either as you’ll freely explore areas, grab items, deal with zombies carefully, and even make some tough choices.
