Ancient Aqueduct | Challenge Tomb Guide

Start at the eastern side of the Hidden City, near the Temple of Kukalkan Base Camp. Climb down the cliffs, and swim through the caves. When you reach the temple with the hanging platforms, you’ll know you’re in the right place.

1. Drop down into the shallow water and kick the raft. Keep kicking until you can connect it to the wooden gate in the back of the sink.
   • Climb up to the switch and pull it to flood the chamber.
2. If the raft is connected to the gate, the gate will open as the raft floats up. Swim through the open gate. It leads to a flooded room. Pry open the barrier to drain the chamber, then use a rope arrow to break through the wooden barrier.  This leads back to the kick raft.
3. Kick your raft through the new hole we’ve created. Kick it to the left wall, then flood the area again.
   • Climb up to the room accessible from the raft when the chamber is flooded. Shoot through the enemies. Up here, there’s another switch that floods the chamber even more.
4. Go back near the start when the chamber is fully-flooded, and find the wall you can climb next to the turning water wheel. Push another kick-raft toward the wheel and stand on it — use a rope-arrow to connect the raft with the wheel.
   • The raft will be pulled, letting you reach the top of the platform.
5. Now that you’re next to the turning wheel, connect the hanging weight from the hanging platform to the wheel with a rope-arrow. This will pull the hanging platform slowly closer to Lara, but you still can’t reach it.
   • Pull the kick-raft back using the turning wheel. Once it’s back and disconnected, immediately connect the hanging platform.
   • Then, jump to the raft and use it to climb the scaffolding on the tree.
6. If you time it right, you’ll be able to jump into the temple and access your reward.
