The God of War series is notable for its secrets, all of which are hidden throughout the games. The latest game is no different. There are an ample amount of secrets to be found in God of War: Ascension and this guide should serve to help you find at least some of them. We'll be adding more to the list as more of these secrets are uncovered.
Intriguingly enough, some of these secrets—such as the one in Chapter 13—may pertain to a future game in the God of War series that's currently in development at Sony's Santa Monica studio.

If you need help to find all the 15 Phoenix Feather Secret Locations, check out the video below. Finding all the "Phoenix Feathers" will unlock "Light as a Feather" trophy and max out your magic. There are definitely more than fifteen phoenix feathers, but after finding the first fifteen you only be awarded red orbs.
All the 7 Decayed Chest locations have also been located in the video below. Finding all the decayed chests will help you unlock "If it ain't broke…" trophy. In case of deaths or restarting checkpoints you'll have to reconstruct them again or else they won't be counted.
The next video guide will help you unlock all the secret artifact locations which leads to unlocking the "No Drake. You can't have these" trophy and special cheats such as "Infinite Magic" which can only be used after beating the game once.
There are a total of 20 Gordon Eyes which can be located during your playthrough starting from chapter five. Finding all the Gordon Eyes unlocks "The Eyes Have it" Trophy and will max out your health.
